Only Hosting Support Boundaries

Our Technical Support staff is always available for our customers. The Support Teams are responsible for supporting the default configurations of our servers. This includes the initial setup and configuration of the third party features included with the account as outlined on our Hosting Product Pages.

It is important to note that a number of technical issues are considered unsupported; they fall outside of our technical support boundaries. As such, the customer is not guaranteed any form of assistance from Only-Hosting.net.

Unsupported issues include:

Custom configuration and detailed usability questions pertaining to your included third party features. These questions must be directed to the third party vendor.

Questions related to a third party products, applications or scripts that you introduce to the server. These questions must be directed to the third party vendor or creator of the script.

Our support staff will not and cannot fulfill programming, debugging, and/or cgi requests. We will perform a best effort support for programming issues insofar as they relate to initial installation and configuration in the selected Only-Hosting Server environment. For example, a test script may be installed to verify that the server is functioning correctly. Our Support Staff may be able to assist in referring and/or recommending resources to assist the customer in working towards resolving the customer s unsupported issues.

Please keep in mind that we offer technological expertise with regard to our hosting and not web development or consulting as part of our hosting. If you would like us to provide support outside of our guidelines, then please contact us and we will happily provide you with a quotation.
